Our success determined by our self-
image. People who have confident in their perspective way usually have a great
happiness and success in life. Good things happen if you just believe in
yourself and don’t ever doubt your ability on doing something what you really
wanted because it will give you the pleasure to enjoy the day that brings to
you.
On the other
hand, some people seem to be magnets for failure and unhappiness. Their plans
go hopeless, they have a way of changing their own success and nothing seems to
work out for them but despite for all of it they manage to transform by having
a self- acceptance. Accepting a little failure will encourage you to continue
the things that will motivate you to become better individual. It is possible
by using certain techniques to rid you. But why people seem to improve their
self but they tend to fail by improving it? Many of us are regularly putting
ourselves on some new self- improving. We are determined to change everything
because we are unhappy with ourselves and think that if we can change some
behavior, we will be happy but in fact it works the other way around. It begins
with self- knowledge and self – enrichment. It has to do with changing our
thinking as well as our behavior.
The aim of
this scenario is to provide developing self- confidence. We will find simple,
practical, time- tested techniques that some people have used to convert self-
doubt into self- confidence. Reversing the way we think about ourselves will
not happen every day and it cannot happen without effort but the possibility
and confidence is a commodity available to everyone. As Anna Freud says “I was
looking outside myself for strength and confident, but it comes from within. It
is there all the time.”
