Muslim hadj
pilgrims goes to Mecca, Saudi Arabia to fulfill their rituals and sacrifices
for ED-UL-ADHA, Monday.
In
observance for the feast of sacrifice or ID-ULADHA, MUSLIMS all over the world
traveled to Saudi Arabia particularly in the province of Mecca where the center
of Muslims faith do their stoning of the devil ritual, this symbolizes throwing
of stones at the pillar where demons reside.
Said
this is to commemorate the great faith of Abraham when he offered his son Ishmael
(Isaac for Christians) to Allah. The end of the four day celebration there will
be a non working holiday to all branches of the government as well as schools.
Families and friends gathered together to celebrate by giving of foods to those
who are less fortunate families and free legal services offered by the king of
the state.
