Regional Teacher Education Student Congress
With the Theme, "The 21st Century Student Teachers: Their Roles and Opportunities" held on August 8, 2014 at the Gymnatorium, Capitol University, Cagayan de Oro City. That was memorable date to all teachers and students and in different schools of Region 10.
During the first day, we felt so much excitement. The event was started with an interpretative dance by the three beautiful ladies from Capitol University, followed by the National Anthem.
This event was opened by Dr. Romeo M. Daligdigan. After, Dr. Daligdigan, Regional chairman of (PAFTE-10) Philippine Association for Teacher Education 10, opening his message he too introduce the officers of (ASTER-10) Association of Students in Teacher Education in Region 10.
The two guest speakers, Dr. Cherry Mae Limbaco, Division Superintendent of Misamis Oriental and Dr. Beatriz Turno, tackles about some important statements in teaching learners and they gave inspiration to all the aspiring mentors on becoming a successful on their career.
During this event, future teachers from both private and public schools performed their dancing and singing by selected students from different schools.
This event was a successful. And we've learned a lot and it will remain in our deepest heart and in our mind to be a good one and effective future educator someday. On what we gained is what we share later on.
