P-NOY delivers his SONA 2014

Aquino gave his speech of SONA on Monday,July 28,14,highlighting the benefits of the Controversial Disbursement Acceleration Program(DAP).Given the fact that DAP resulted to argument among the officials and even to the people.

Good Governance-as always emphasized by the President in his SONA which made him ensure the basic needs of the citizens of the Philippines as his moral duty and responsibility and it’s best way to accomplish improvement of the Philippines economy.As a result of this , some of many achievements in P-noy’s administration  are as follows:

v  The DAP contributed 1.6 billion pesos to TESDA’s Training for work scholarship program.this amount graduated students of 223,615 beneficiaries,66% of tese or 146,731 graduates now have jobs.

v  According to the data from the National Economic Development Authority,the 27.9%poverty rate during the 1^st sem of 2012 went down to 29.9 % for the same period of 2013.these 3 percentage points are equivalent to 2.5 million Filipinos who have crossed the poverty line.

v  The Philippine debt which was 40 billion pesos was paid in full.

v  With the help of DPWH the roads they constructed ,widened and fixed have amounted to a total of 12,184 km.

v  Many airports were established

v  Rehabilitation of damaged infrastructures and roads in Tacloban,Zamboanga and Bohol

v  The comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro was signed.

At the end of SONA,PNOY broke down his tears. As he sobbed “he will never put the name of his parents into shame ,his sister kris was also crying.Though his popularity at its lowest ever in the latest surveys but surely Filipino people  after hearing his speech will be give sympathy to Noynoy and his performance rating will over half of the population.
