Fatima College of Camiguin’s (FCC) Institution
Job Search Seminar, held at Audio Visual hall of the said institution last
October 10, 2014 marks as a day to learn of what it takes to be a good employee
after four years of studying.
“Building
our Future with Poise”, was the theme of the event , participated by all FCC’s
4th year college students from 3 different courses- Bachelor of
Elementary Education (BEED), Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA), and Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration (BSBA).
This
undertaking serves as an integral preparation for all graduating students in which
they were requested to wear their perceived office attire for job interview.
The
said event started with an invocation through video presentation and followed
with the welcome address given by Ms. Wendy Enderes, College Department
President. After to her brief welcome message, the speaker of the seminar, the
institutions very own, Ms. Irene S. Perez, FCC's Human Resource Officer imparted some
necessary and helpful information for employment and she left various tips on how
to make good impressions and big chances to be accepted in applying for a position
by our soon to be employees.
In
addition, Ms. Goldie Ann D. Mainit institution’s Guidance Counselor whom
organized and prepared this program, shared some significant details to be
instilled in the mind of all 4th year students as well.
This
Seminar for the future employees taught an important learning that will hopefully
applied sooner in making first step of aiming a brighter future.
