FCC CC16 Joins Journalism Training


            September 18-19, 2014- FCC CC16 class joined the Journalism Capability Building Training workshop at Agoho Elementary School, Agoho Mambajao.
            Thirty-three BEED- IV Students were divided into four groups and audience the inputs on following events: Copy Reading, Headline Writing, News Writing and Sports Writing which were discussed by Mark A. Palad; Feature writing elaborated by Luisito A. Acero, ERS-I, Division Journalism Coordinators; Photojournalism tackled by Virgen G. Chan; Radio Broadcasting explained by Visie Acero; editorial cartooning elucidated by Generoso Retor and Editorial Writing.
              The two-day training workshop was conducted in preparation of the upcoming Division Schools Press Conference which will be held on December 2014.

Through said Training was only intended for Public and Private Elementary and Secondary Schools, CC16 class was given privilege to join through Mr. Junos Llanto, instructor of said class with the approval of Mr. Luisito A. Acero. ERS-I, Divison Journalism Coordinator.

CC16 Class Opens Blogspot


            FCC Campus JOURNALISM CC16 Class opens Masibas Online today, here.
            This activity aims to enhance students’ journalistic skills. Christopher Jono Sagrado has been appointed as Editor-in-Chief while Anton Graindel Saab has been assigned as administrator of the Masibas Online. Saab is tasked to collect his classmates’ email address.

            Campus Journalism Instructor Jonos B. Llanto continues to encourage his students to sustain the said blogspot with latest updates, news, and interesting stories not only in FCC community but also at the outside campus.

CC16 Journalism class of Fatima College of Camiguin College Department, gathered for one goal opened a blogspot entitled ‘FCC Masibas 2014’, for the realization of cultivating journalistic skills of the class.
By carrying out capabilities of students in informing through writing, Education students supports in attaining the goal of journalism in spreading the recorded articles covering different happenings in-and-out campus events.
Each student has assigned tasks and roles for the completion and success of this blogspot. Everybody is encouraged to share insights and factual events that will be published within a week.

            With the help of Mr. Junos Llanto, class professor realization of this blogspot made possible, who also promulgated the instructions of assigned articles. The administrator of the blog, in the person of Anton Graindel Saab Facilitated tools like laptop and internet connection for the registration of the blog also deserves to be commended. Rauline Kionisala also made great effort in gathering the e-mail address of the class.
